We are a group of homeowners that are very proud of our wonderful neighborhood. Neighborhood meetings are held quarterly. Our community officers are elected at the end of each calendar year. Each officer is elected to a two-year term.

We have many people volunteer to be chairman of our many committees to help make our community a better and safer place to live.

The Architectural Committee reviews any changes a homeowner proposes to make to their lot, such as building a deck, making home additions, landscaping, erecting fences or sheds. The purpose of the Architectural Committe is to protect property values by maintaining a uniform neighborhood appearance and preventing projects that violate deed restrictions or disrupt water drainage.

The Clubhouse Committee oversees the operation of the community Clubhouse, including all reservations, while enforcing the rules of its use.

The Landscape Committee is responsible for maintaining and improving the Common Areas of Bailey Ranch Estates. These areas include two playgrounds, three ponds with walking trails, a community clubhouse, a pool area, and three entrances. The chairman coordinates with the lawn service company regarding all community landscaping needs.

The Safety Committee is part of the Alert Neighborhood program and the new Emergency Management program. Our chairman and members attend the quarterly Owasso Strong Neighborhood Initiative meetings to learn current City regulations, crime trends, ways to help prevent these crimes, and to record the number of emergency calls (Police, Fire, and Ambulance) to our neighborhood.

The Welcome Committee prepares and delivers Welcome Packets to all new homeowners in our neighborhood. They answer any questions the new homeowner might have or will direct them to the proper officer or chairman.

The Newsletter Committee creates and prints a quarterly newsletter which is mailed to all homeowners, tenants, and management companies to inform them of current community news including upcoming community events, safety issues, reminders of annual Dues and deadlines for payment, contests, contest winners, and contact information for all board members, officers, and Committee chairmen. Advertising space is available in the newsletter with reasonable rates for residents and non-residents.

Volunteers are always needed to help on a Committee either all year or on just one event or project. If you are interested in getting involved in our community, please reach out!
