HOA – Dues Payment Gift Card Winner
Congratulations goes to the winner of our $100 drawing for getting your dues in by January 31st. The winners were Michael and Leanne Rollins.
$500 Reward – Information Needed
We are offering a $500 reward for credible information that results in the arrest and conviction of the person who broke into our clubhouse, caused property damage, and vandalized the area with graffiti near the neighborhood ponds.
Current Tips: May have been in a relationship with a girl from our neighborhood. Teen male.

HOA Dues
Dues for 2026 will be $266 | Due January 31, 2026
We are happy to now offer payments by credit or debit card through Square. There will be a service fee added to the dues on this platform, you will see that service fee added to the total balance when you access the link through the QR code. If you need to pay a different amount to the HOA please email baileyranchhoa@yahoo.com and a new invoice will be sent.
The invoices for the 2026 dues will be mailed out in December 2025 and per our bylaws, payment is due January 31, 2026. If you need to make payment arrangements, please contact our treasurer at 918-272-7540 before February 17, 2026.
Beginning March 1, 2026, interest will be charged each month to all past-due accounts that are not paid in full or have arrangements made. If payment not made by June 1st, $50.00 Late Fees will be added to your account.
Reminder: Your pool access keycard will not work while your dues remain unpaid.

Join us for some family fun at our Egg Hunt! This year we’re excited to feature a face painter, making it even more fun for kids of all ages.
Spring Community Garage Sale
May 2nd 2026 | 8AM – 3PM
No individual signs are permitted at neighborhood entrances for this event. A Community garage sale sign will be displayed at the entrance. One personal garage sale sign is allowed for each homeowner in their yard.
Community Pool
The Pool is now closed for the season and will re-open in May of 2026.
Sawgrass Park Mailbox Issues
If you need assistance replacing or fixing your mailbox, please contact Midtown Hardware Supply or call Ken at 918-743-3344 (4311 E 31st, Tulsa, OK). You will have to take the box or part to be repaired to the store.
If you need someone to come to your home call Terri at Street Lamps of America. 918-622-8809.
In the past, the price of a new mailbox has been $349.95 plus tax. Installation has been $75. The charge to have your box picked up for repair was $65, welding and painting was $125, to repaint was $85 and to reinstall the mailbox was $75.99. If you take the door to them, the cost to repair that door was $30. These prices may not be fully accurate for the current year. Please verify the current updated pricing with your chosen servicer.

Alert Neighbors
There have been reports of suspicious cars parking in the neighborhood and watching houses. Please be aware of anyone that might not belong in the neighborhood and call the Owasso Police Dept.
Please watch out for any suspicious people or activity in the neighborhood and call the Owasso Police Dept at 918-272-2244 (non-emergency) or 911 (emergency only) to report any problems!
