Below are some important guidelines and reminders:

  • Covenants: Please review the covenants included in your welcome package. These guidelines are also available on our community website and can provide answers to many common questions.
  • Nextdoor App: Please download the Nextdoor app on your phone or computer. This app is a valuable resource for staying updated on neighborhood events and announcements.
  • On-Street Parking: Homeowners and residents are not permitted to park on the street. Please utilize your driveway or garage for parking.
  • Trash Containers: Trash containers must be stored behind your fence or inside your garage when not in use.
  • Yard Maintenance: Ensure your yard is mowed, edged, and trimmed. Blowing grass clippings into the street is prohibited.
  • Pool Use: If you use the neighborhood pool, ensure that only residents with keycards are admitted. This helps maintain security and ensures that only dues-paying members of our community use the facility.
  • Signage: Advertising signs are not permitted in yards. The only exceptions are one political sign or one “For Sale” sign.
  • Window Air Conditioners: Window air conditioning units are not allowed in our community.
