Keycard Information
Keycards are needed to enter the Community Clubhouse and to enter and exit the Community Pool area.
If you need a keycard, please use the Keycard Request Form at the bottom of this page. As a homeowner your first card is free, and replacement cards are $25.00 each. There is a 30-day return on all renewals of replacement cards.
If you are a resident selling your home, please contact our office manager by email at baileyranchhoa@yahoo.com to return your keycard at 918-376-1901.
Keycard Information for Renters
If you are renting a house in the HOA, you will need to get your homeowner’s approval to use the pool area. There is also a $25.00 deposit for all renters when you get your first card or need a replacement. The $25.00 is refundable if you are returning your keycard within 30 days of moving from your home.
