Regular Pool Season Hours:
May – August 14th | 10am -10pm Tuesday – Sunday | Closed Monday
August 15 – September 2nd | 10am – 9pm Tuesday – Sunday | Closed Monday
Main Pool | 3′ to 5′ deep
Kiddy Pool | 2′ deep
Residents, if you have had a fever or been sick, please do not visit the pool until you are symptom-free.
NO child under 14 years old is to be at the pool without a parent or guardian
Keycards
Keycards are needed to enter and exit the Community Pool area. If you need a keycard, please use the Keycard Request Form button below.
As a homeowner your first card is free, and replacement cards are $25.00 each. If you are renting a house in the HOA, you will need to get your homeowner’s approval to use the pool area. There is also a $25.00 deposit for all renters when you get your first card or need a replacement. The $25.00 is refundable if you are returning your keycard within 30 days of moving from your home.
Keycards are handled by the office manager. If there are any issues, email baileyranchhoa@yahoo.com and the office manager will return your message.
There is a 30 day return on all renewals of replacement cards.
If you are a resident and are selling your home, please contact the office manager to return your keycard at 918-376-1901

WARNING: Any vehicle blocking driveways or mailboxes will be towed!
Pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning!
Please DO NOT consume ALCOHOL at the pool. This will result in your keycard being deactivated and is a violation of our pool rules.
Attention: The pool doors automatically lock at 10:00 PM.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS INTO THE POOL AREA OR THE POOL.
THIS IS FOR THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR RESIDENTS AND AGAINST PUBLIC HEALTH CODES.
